My vision with RUNFIT Physio

There is a lot of very mediocre (at best) advice and opinions available on the internet about what to do with injuries and how to manage training as a runner. I want to provide an abundance of evidence based, reliable and effective information about what people need to do when they sustain an injury or even what they can to to prevent getting an injury.

Throughout my physiotherapy career and my time as a runner, I have talked to and treated thousands of runners. It has been my one true passion to advise athletes on how to become better runners, manage their injuries and manage their training.

My Promise

I will provide you with the tools to become a more effective runner. Whether it is providing you with the knowledge you need to improve the way you train, provide you with the knowledge about your body and how it works to prevent or rehabilitate from injury, or provide you with ways to improve components of your lifestyle to generally feel better and enjoy exercising.
